Brew & Bloom opened on a corner that used to be a bicycle shop. We kept the big windows and swapped the bikes for burlap sacks of green beans we roast in small batches, twice a week.
Every cup follows the same steps you just scrolled through — no shortcuts, no automation past the grinder. If it's quiet, ask the barista which farm the beans came from. They'll know.
